Criteria for Choosing Teams

Hello Team Leaders,

  4. I wish the selection process was just like a draft, pick after pick, and it were up to the group leaders to try to win your pick. but if thats not happening how about RESPONSIBILITY and wont take NO for an answer from feinberg
