Hey Leaders,
Comment on this post if you have good ideas for the brochures. Sharing information will benefit the whole class and will look good on us for communicating with each other.

I am not for sure how many of you have read the syllabus regarding grading for the brochure but I feel it is something that needs to be discussed.
ReplyDeleteIt appears that we must grade our groups brochure's before submission and then he allocates x amount of points to our groups and that point amount is multiplied by the % that we gave each student. For example Student A receives an 80% and Student B receives 120%. Our group receives 90 points. So Student A receives .80 * 90 = 72 points and Student B receives 1.2 * 90 = 108 points. Let me know what others think...
John
John, my understanding of this assignment is that it is an individual assignment... hence "I incorporated" I think he only wants us to turn them in as groups because he doesnt want 300+ people rushing to his office sometime before 5 tomorrow. Although I could be wrong and it may cost my group and I, I feel like this is a case of the confusion in the class leading to over analyzation of what he wants...
ReplyDeleteHas anyone gone and talked to him about this matter? I plan on going in and talking to him tomorrow earlier in the day, so I can ask him then, but that might be too late?
ReplyDeleteWe are not suppose to Grade them.
ReplyDeleteI was in there earlier and I had a small grade sheet and he said that he never said to grade them.
We have no criteria to do so.
Even though I did not share with my group what I would give them yet, I will still be a topic of discussion in this evenings class.
